About This Painting:
I used the bright acrylic colours to show the sails and spinnakers. To enhance these colours I used a background of black mixed with ultramarine blue and emerald green.
Inspiration
Observing yacht races 1st hand as crew on a keel boat I was inspired by the movement, shape and colour of the event.
