About This Painting:
Metallic gold vase with cherry blossom arrangement on a table, in front of a Japanese screen.
Inspiration
Composed from an assembly of images: the screen from a photograph in an old magazine about home interiors, the vase and flowers from a separate photo, the table top and brush were actual objects in my possession. I regret I cannot acknowledge the original photographer(s), as I did not record where it came from: the magazine was borrowed. It might have been an Austrian magazine, as I was working there at the time. Apologies to the photographer(s).
