Formed in 1964

Drummoyne Art Society has enjoyed a strong membership through 49 years of very active commitment to supporting the visual arts in Drummoyne and surrounding districts. In recent years the society is playing a major role is sustaining the arts within the City of Canada Bay.

Monthly Meetings / Art demonstrations

The Society brings together members and visitors on the third Wednesday each month to enjoy a demonstration by an eminent artist. These meetings are held in the Drummoyne Community Centre, Cometrowe Street, Drummoyne.

Visitors are most welcome, with the evening commencing at 7 pm with coffee and lots of friendly chit chat.

Annual Open Art Awards

All artists in Australia are invited to submit entries to the Drummoyne Art Society Open Art Awards. These will be held during the NSW March/April School Holidays each year.
