Artist Background:

I have been painting for over 30 years.  I started painting in oils and now prefer Acrylics due to their flexibility and ease of use.  I mainly prefer landscape and have been venturing more into an abstract form of expression.

I have been attending classes at Hazelhurst Regional Art Gallery, Gymea, for over 10 years though not continuously and have been involved in several group exhibitions there.  Presently I have been enjoying Lee Bethel’s experimental art classes.

I have done workshops with Alexander Mackenzie, Darren Gannon, Nicole Kelly and a term with Joe Bezzina at evening college.  A week workshop at Fay Boyle’s Art School, Posstle.

I have been a member of Continuum Art Society for several years where we have regular exhibitions and Workshops and paint as a group on Tuesdays.
