Group Information
BSA Inc. offer numerous opportunities to exhibit throughout the year, including our Annual Art Show over Easter, the Lake Wendouree Museum, Barkly Square and the Corridor Art Space at Trades Hall.
During the year, we run workshops with external artists and members facilitating these.
There are groups who meet to Plein Air paint, Urban Sketch and socialise with Art at the Framers and other regular social get togethers. There is Saturday painting over Winter and over Summer we have Arts at the Lake near Piper's on Lake Wendouree.
At our Monthly meetings, we have an art competition based on a theme that encourages members to participate and extend their skills.
We have a library that lends books and DVDs and a regular newsletter.

Benefits for members include:
- Monthly meetings to update members on events.

- Saturday painting groups during the colder months.
- Plein-Air painting groups are organised in various locations including Sovereign Hill.

Exhibitions
The group hold their ‘Artisan Festival’ every year in August at the Mining Exchange Lydiard Street North, Ballarat. Visitors will experience an exciting variety of art, craft and music, all for just a gold coin donation.
Their ‘Art in the Park’ event is held during summer on Sundays at Lake Wendouree, near Piper’s restaurant.
Exhibitions are also held at the Art Gallery of Ballarat and St. John of God Hospital.
