Group Information
Established in the 1890’s the West Australian Society of Arts currently have over 100 members ranging from beginners to professional artists. The Society exists to advance people’s skill in various categories including, painting, sculpture and architecture.

Membership Information
Monthly meetings are held at the Palms in Subiaco. The meetings are usually followed by a demonstration by an invited artist.
The Society welcomes new members.
Membership fees:
$40 per year, plus a joining fee of $10 for new members.

The group hold their Annual Art Show in May. Prizes are awarded in various categories and mediums.

The Society organizes workshops and painting trips away including; Toodjay, York, the Pilbara and Central Goldfields.
