Background

I have been passionate about art and design all my life. I had my first exhibition when I was 3 years old.  From an early age I wanted to become an art teacher, but was side-tracked into Graphic Design.

Meanwhile, I continued painting in watercolours - a medium, although challenging, that is clean and easy to transport. I have had numerous solo and group exhibitions over the years.

My interest in teaching was reawakened when I interviewed TAFE students as prospective employees. My part-time teaching led to a full-time position and further studies in Education.

Now retired, I can concentrate fully on painting and snorkelling.
