Background
Jeff began his career in 1952 as a cadet on Women's Day Magazine.
When Women's Day was sold and moved to Sydney he moved to Australasian Post and Your Garden Magazines.
1965 Jeff moved to News Ltd Murdoch Papers to become art director of TV Week and New Idea magazines.
At this time he began a successful freelance business with clients: Myer Emporium, CN Meyers paper products and Landsdown Press book publishers.
1975 resigned from News Ltd., to take up full time freelance work.
1983 Jeff moved to Mt Martha to become honorary park ranger at Joseph Harris scout park where he continued as a freelance artist.
1990 Jeff moved back to Frankston ; met and married Joan Denner and discovered fine art and hasn’t stopped painting ever since.
