Workshop Description:
This workshop is suitable for artist of all levels. Christine will be covering the importance of proportions and using negative space when creating a portrait, to ensure you capture the likeness. Christine will be providing lots of helpful hints so that all levels of experience are catered for.
This workshop will be held in Christine’s Shepparton Studio. Lunch and refreshments will be provided & Christine will provide the art supplies required for the workshop.
Instructor Background:
Christine Broersen has been working primarily in pastels for over 30 years and is known for her realistic still life and portrait works, for which she has won many awards.
Her works are inspired by everyday objects, thrift shop finds, and floral arrangements.
Christine holds Signature status with the Pastel Society of Victoria, Australia (PSVA) where she has been a member for the past 18 years.
