About This Painting:
This piece was created using charcoal pencil (HB) and white pencil on Colourfix pastel paper in a purple/grey (Aubergine, as called by the manufacturer) coloured paper.
Inspiration
This little drawing is No. 2 in my "Aubergine Arabian" series which celebrates two of my passions: the Arabian horse and the colour purple. I also love Art Spectrum's Colourfix pastel paper and charcoal pencils! This was drawn from one of my own photographs, featuring an Arabian stallion.
