Inspiration
Children make the best subjects to paint and these have been my most successful paintings to date. I love painting my own children and grandchildren as they play in the water and at the beach. This painting reminds me so much of cherished family holidays in summer. I am often asked by parents and grandparents who have seen my paintings online or in exhibitions, to commission a painting of their own children. Often this is with their children dressed in their favourite clothing and with a particular beach in mind. I am willing to accept commissions and you can find many other examples of my paintings of children in a public file on my Facebook page.
