About This Painting:
This mountain glacial area in the alpine country in Europe was inspired by a SBS TV documentary. It is an extremely rugged mountain landscape with snow and ice. At this time of viewing it is an area of tranquility but its sheer ruggedness can give one a sense of foreboding, of the great potential of severe blizzards turning it into a place of great danger.

A SBS TV documentary in 2024, the title of which I have forgotten and failed to note at the time.
