About This Painting:
this is a pastel painting done on a warm terracotta sanded pastel paper. The warm colour of the paper really gives the painting a lovely summery glow.
Inspiration
I love looking upwards at trees and seeing how the sunshine dapples and plays in the leaves. I am experimenting more and more these days with light and shadow. This is a painting to brighten and the sunshine into your home and make you happy.
