About This Painting:
Acrylic paint and mixed media on a stretched canvas. The coral is prepared using rough paper backing and modeling paste and painted using a piece of sponge picked up from the beach.
Inspiration
I am a keen snorkeler and I photograph coral reef and reef sea life. This is a painting of one of the numerous turtles I have encountered in the ocean.
