About This Painting:
A painting of a dam containing waterlilies with textured Ironbark trees in the foreground and textured grasses around the edge of the dam, I used coloured sand and Aquadhere glue on the trees and grass,modern style brushstrokes for the tree foliage.
Inspiration
This dam was near where I used to live and I did an earlier painting of it en-plein air when I was learning painting at Tafe in 1999, but I changed a lot of styles in this one.
