Group Information
The Busselton Art Society has been serving artists and the people of Busselton for over 59 years.
Art Society members work in a variety of styles and media and their experience ranges from professional artists who have exhibited in many parts of Australia to those just starting out on their artistic journey.
While many of members have their own studios or work spaces at home, they also enjoy being able to work together in their clubroom in former police sergeant's quarters at Artgeo Cultural Complex.

BAS currently have approximately 100 members. Our members are very proud of their Society and always encourage, support and invite new members to join.
Events
Exhibitions
The Society also holds exhibitions and shows in which to display and sell our work.
"Art InThe Park” is our signature exhibition, held over three days in January during the Festival of Busselton. This exhibition is held in Mitchell Park, on the corner of Queen and Prince Streets. During this exhibition, we ask all exhibiting members to help with the wide variety of duties, large and small, which help to make the exhibition the success it always is.
Tuition
Workshops
Lessons and workshops are held throughout the year offering a wide variety of subjects, styles and media for all - beginners as well as established artists. There are artists using our art room on weekdays only too willing to welcome and help new members.
Our gallery and workroom are situated in the South West City of Busselton at 6 Queen Street, Busselton. Commonly known as the Artgeo Complex. The gallery is open on weekends and holidays. If you are not sure of what style or medium you would like to try, please call in and talk about what you would like to do.
